InteliStaf Healthcare is seeking experienced, high energy Healthcare Recruiters to join our professional recruitment team in Dallas, TX.  Our Recruiters are the critical link between InteliStaf's Travel location and our traveling healthcare professionals. You will have complete responsibility for managing these important relationships.  You will source and recruit healthcare professionals, qualify them for specific travel assignments throughout the United States, present their qualifications to our clients, help them become an InteliStaf Traveler and manage their career path going forward with InteliStaf. Many of our Recruiters have relationships with their travelers extending 5 ? 7 ? 10 years. It?s an art ? and a service that differentiates InteliStaf from our competitors.

 

You must be organized, compassionate, energetic, driven, sales-oriented and motivated to do the best you can. We believe you need to be well compensated for this skill set ? strong performers can see realistic 1st year earnings in the $50k range, 2nd year ? $75k and into the 6 digit range in year three.
