Healthcare Sales and Operations Manager (Center Manager)

Medquest is a top provider of Outpatient Diagnostic Imaging Services, currently with 92 Outpatient Facilities across the Nation. Our centers provide x-rays, ultra-sounds, mammography, computer tomography (CT) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scans. We are currently seeking a Healthcare Sales & Operations Manager to join our high performing team in the?coastal city of?Brunswick, GA!!!

We are seeking an individual with a strong?sales?and/or operations background that has extensive business development & strategic analysis experience to research and build existing and new business in the?Brunswick, GA market. The ideal candidate has a minimum?3-4 years of medical sales experience and a minimum 1-2 years of management/operations experience. Must have a strong entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to contribute to the growth and success of a rapidly, growing organization. Must be out-going and an exceptional communicator who is able to develop and implement new sales strategies and promotions. A Bachelors degree and a proven?track record are a must.

The Manager is responsible for all the marketing, operational and managerial functions (10 employees) of an assigned Region with a clear focus on revenue growth. You will be responsible for aggressively increasing revenue by developing and building relationships with local area physicians' offices, hospitals and managed care groups for?the center. Will spend a significant amount of time developing and executing a business plan that expands MedQuest?s market share in assigned region, including (but not limited to) the expansion of referrals from network providers, insurance carriers, hospitals, clinics, and physician practice groups. There is also a strong operational focus for this position which includes talent acquisition and retention, staff development on all levels, training, employee productivity and?supervision.
