Hearing Screen Coordinator

Obstetrix Medical Group, an affiliate of Pediatrix Medical Group, Inc., is looking for a Hearing Screen Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of its Newborn Hearing Screen program in Scottsdale, AZ. The successful candidate will be responsible on-site set-up for new hearing screen programs as needed, training efforts on new staff, analysis of statistics and data, monitoring follow-up process, assisting in hiring and other personnel matters, and performing quality assurance activities related to the on-site hearing screen staff. Successful candidates must be able to communicate effectively with physicians and all levels of management, professional demeanor and confidentiality, ability to think and act independently. Additional responsibilities include providing parent education to the parents of our patients and performing hearing screens on newborns in the NICU and Nursery. Position requires previous supervisory/management, scheduling, and training experience, preferably in a hospital or medical office setting, computer literacy and the ability to work weekends and evenings.
