For this role our client hospital is seeking the experienced Health Care Executive possessing extensive & substantial ?senior management? experience as relates to the actual, day-to-day, ?hands-on? operations of the smaller ?for profit? hospital.

An ideal professional background for this role would be senior level hospital management experience coupled with a Registered Nurse/RN (BSN/MSN) background.

In this role we are seeking the individual with proven ?leadership? ability. We want the person that can/will ?lead? this hospital in the necessary direction it needs to go to become a major ?positive? asset within, and for, the community it serves. A hospital?s role in the community is to serve that community, not the other way around!

This CEO opportunity offers a very unique opportunity for the accomplished, professional CEO in that it will afford this person the opportunity of being able lead this hospital to achieve the potential for success this hospital holds. Minimum requirements for this position:
*Acute care ?for-profit? experience.
*Min. 3 to 5 years CEO experience or equivalent level.
*Masters Degree or equivalent

The accompanying salary and benefits package for this position is excellent with probable start salary range of high $120?s to low $130?s PLUS an excellent bonus as well.

A Relocation Package is available.

The location of the hospital is in a rather picturesque Central Valley (CA) city. It is a nice place to live and living expenses are reasonable. The city is located approximately 2 hrs from the San Francisco Bay Area, the Pacific Coast and Lake Tahoe. This location is a very central location within driving distance to a number of interesting, fun locations.
