Respond to phone inquires regarding Hemostasis Instrumentation and Reagent Systems ? Sysmex/ Behring, providing technical troubleshooting assistance to customers & field personnel. Initiate product complaint evaluations, interfacing w/other diagnostics tech areas with occasional tech writing & instructional response.

B.S. MT(ASCP) or equivalent desired. Minimum 3 years Clinical Laboratory experience preferred with a strong background in Hemostasis or Minimum Associate degree in Electronics or equivalent with 2 years experience repairing laboratory instrumentation, preferably Hemostasis analyzers. Clinical Lab Medical Technician experience is a plus.

Excellent telephone, communication, and documentation skills are essential to success. A good attitude with a ?can-do? approach must be apparent in all communications. Bi-linqual in Spanish preferred
