JOB SUMMARY:
In addition to functional duties, assists manager by coordinating activities of assigned group to ensure accurate, timely management of client protocols. Also, works with Operations team to ensure protocol process supports client expectations and service delivery in accordance with Concentra policies, practices and procedures.
This position will cover the Western Zone and can be located in California or Nevada.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
' Performs regularly assigned duties of those people they are leading
' Assists employees with resolving work problems
' Trains and orients new employees
' Trains employees on new procedures and policies
' Schedules department work and assigns tasks
' Completes appropriate paperwork.
' Provides input to supervisor about employees' performance
' Assists Supervisors/Manager in process management
' Works with Operations on project and process improvements related to protocols

EDUCATION/CREDENTIALS:
' High school diploma or equivalent

JOB RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:
' 2 - 3 years experience with client accounts and protocols

DEMONSTRATED JOB-RELATED SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:
' Understanding of basic account set up and protocols
' Ability to train people in accounts receivable and billing processes and procedures
' Effective communication skills both verbal and written

WORKING CONDITIONS:
' Office environment
