Recruits, researches, interviews, screens, and refers nurse candidates for job orders by performing the following duties.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Confers with management, Account Managers, Team Leaders etc. to identify personnel needs, job specifications, job duties, qualifications and skills necessary for assignments.
Initiates contact with possible qualified candidates for specific job openings.
Able to complete 80-100 phone calls per day to candidates.
Reviews applications and interviews applicants to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements, and to provide information about the organization and position via email, phone and fax.
Sources and matches candidates to client facilities providing information on company facilities and job opportunities to potential applicants.
Coordinates communications with applicants.
Develops and maintains network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.
Develops recruitment programs and methods and writes job advertisements to attract applicants and to fill specific job openings.
Provides exceptional customer service to all candidates and travelers and stays in contact to assure the assignment is going well and remains knowledgeable about when the assignment ends or extends.
Files and maintains employment records for future references.

 

QUALIFICATIONS 

? Bachelor?s degree preferred and/or possesses relevant experience.

? Sales, Staffing, Recruiting experience required.

? Effectively communicates with others via email, fax and phone.
Detailed Oriented.

? Efficiently handles multiple tasks.
