MEDICAL SITE MANAGER



Center For Orthopaedics, PC (CFO) is searching for an experienced Site Manager to join our team.

 

For over thirty years, CFO?s experienced team of Orthopaedic Surgeons, Physician Assistants, Physical and Occupational Therapists have provided our patients with exceptional orthopaedic care in a compassionate patient-centered atmosphere. Our clinics are located in New Haven, Branford, Hamden, Milford and Norwalk. 

 

Site Managers are a key part of our team, helping to drive the continued growth of CFO.

 

Candidates must:

 

?  Be self-motivated,team-oriented and focused on providing outstanding patient service.

?  Possess the ability to multi-task and prioritize. Have strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

 

Responsibilities include:

 Directing and managing an outpatient orthopaedic site, including assistance to and management of, the medical and administrative team. Collaborating with other Site Managers, the Operations Manager, the CEO, and other management personnel, to create, develop and maintain policies, procedures and goals. Serving as a Physician Point of Contact to facilitate patient care.

 

Education/Experience:

 

Orthopedic practice management experience preferred. BS/BA or commensurate experience.

 

Computer Skills:

 

Exposure to Medical Management information systems. Proficiency in the MS applications including Word and Excel.
