Manager, Enrollment - Learn and grow w/a new healthcare program

Primary responsibilities include:


 


Handling management functions for the enrollment department

Overseeing department productivity

Distributing workloads to staff members

Providing direction and ensuring that deadlines and compliance accuracy are met

Establishing process improvements

Managing the department budget

Hiring new staff

Developing effective vendor relationships



Demonstrated managerial experience within the healthcare industry or a Medicare/Medicaid environment is required. A background working in a cross-functional environment is essential, as is previous enrollment experience. Solid MS Office proficiency is a must. Experience managing a production environment is preferred. Experience working with member services is also desired. A background with company transitions or mergers is a plus.
