Responsibilities:
To provide administrative support to the Marketing and Communications departments.
To provide marketing support to the director of marketing, marketing product manager and marketing communications specialist.
Assist in the developing and producing collateral and sales tools.
Coordinate registration and logistics for trade shows and events, including assembly and shipment of marketing collateral.
Maintain inventory of marketing collateral and associated marketing expense tracking spreadsheets.

 



Qualifications:
Demonstrated technical competence.
Possesses skills in communication and implementation.
Exhibits creativeness.
Ability to multi-task.
Excellent organizational skills.
Writing and editing skills a plus.
1 year marketing experience.
Proven expertise in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point and Access), Lotus Notes and Quark Xpress.
Desktop publishing (Quark Xpress) and knowledge of proofreader's marks.
High School Diploma or GED.
