Marketing Manager

General purpose is to manage the marketing function for industrial market segment, market penetration strategies, distribution strategies, lobbying, research, package/product changes, pricing, promotional material development.  Will supervise and direct activities of Marketing Projects Coordinator and Marketing Services Coordinator.  Will manage product and package changes, manage research projects, manage product launches with input from business line director and national sales manager. Will direct market development, sales promotion, distribution and pricing policies, assist distributors with the marketing and promotion of product, maintain competitive intelligence file, supervise an ongoing public relations effort, manage activities of outside ad agency, coordinate the layout of industrial price lists, prepare and submit annual forecast and marketing plan.
