Responsibilities
The Master Change Facilitator (MCF) fills a vital position as coach, mentor, and strategic business partner, and works closely with the Senior Leadership of the Hospital. The MCF is responsible for driving the broader implementation of Change Acceleration Process (CAP) and Work-Out? in the organization by coaching leaders, mentoring Change Facilitators and training other hospital employees in the CAP and Work-Out? methodologies and tools. They will also facilitate significant quality, process and performance improvement activities at the local level. Bachelor of Sciences, with additional advanced education preferred. Proficiency with Office computer tools (e.g. PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and Word). Demonstrated teaching skills and abilities. Outstanding consulting and communication skills. Demonstrated knowledge with teams. Completion of Master Change Facilitator classes/certification within one year of hire preferred. Excellent training and presentation skills with solid communication capabilities and practices, both oral and written.
