POSITION:  Materials Manager

Primary Responsibilities:

?  Identify cost-saving initiatives in all areas of purchasing

?  Assess vendor bids and services and make advisements accordingly

?  Negotiate and maintain contracts and leases

?  Track materials, supplies and equipment for our MSO and our practice locations and perform audits to keep data current

?  Create, maintain and analyze financial reports on a monthly basis and provide advisements based upon information that those reports supply

?  Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers

 

 

Qualifications:Bachelors Degree Accounting or FinanceHigh functioning proficiency with Excel and Microsoft OfficeStrong negotiating skillsMust have an ability to compile detailed data reports, analyze financial information and make clear advisementsSuperior oral and written communication skills necessaryMinimum 2-5 years of purchasing experience preferably in healthcare management
