Ephrata Community Hospital has been serving residents of northern Lancaster County for over 60 years. We're continually changing to meet the health care needs of the community by expanding our services, facilities, and medical staff to provide high quality health care and current technology right here in Ephrata.

 

Ephrata Community Hospital is a non-profit health services organization providing preventative services, primary care, diagnostic services, acute care, and rehabilitation services to the residents of Northern Lancaster County and surrounding communities. ECH is licensed to accommodate 138 patients in our acute care facility.  In addition, the organization consists of a  17 practice medical group-Northern Lancaster County Medical Group, home care, durable medical equipment, and 7 outpatient centers for health.

Family Practice Manager

Meadowbrook Family Practice, Leola PA

 

Full time

Day shift

 

Qualified candidates would be:

 

High School graduate or equivalent

Bachelor's degree preferred.

Minimum of 5-8 years experience in medical practice management

Proven managerial skills

Excellent human relations and oral/written communication skills

Valid PA drivers license.

 

This position would be responsible for supervision of 11 staff members and for all aspects of a 3 Physicians and 1 Physician Assistant family medical practice.
