Medical Office Assistant - Entry Level Position - Training Provided

We are a physician practice with offices in Libertyville, Barrington, McHenry, and Lake Forest, IL. We are looking for an entry level, full time employee to be trained as a medical assistant for our Libertyville office. Candidate must be a self-starter, reliable, flexible and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Experience / certification is not necessary, however, you must be a high school graduate or equivalent.  We are looking for someone who is dedicated and eager to learn.  This is a training program for an open position. 

 

The training program will prepare you to perform the following duties:

 

? Rooming patients for physician visits,

? Taking vitals (blood pressure, heart rate, etc),

? Reviewing medication lists,

? Patient scheduling,

? Reception work,

? General office operations.
