Medicare Print Marketing Materials Coordinator

We are currently seeking a Medicare Print Marketing Materials Coordinator to gather, design, and communicate new material requirements to Corporate Communications and/or our external advertising agency.  The Coordinator will facilitate meetings with the Managers of Individual and Group Sales in order to identify their member materials needs.  Will also collaborate with the Product Management Team to assess existing products and analyze industry trends.

 

Additional responsibilities include:

? Review content of all materials for accuracy and clarity and obtain final approval from business areas

? Coordinate the review of member materials with Legal, Corporate Communications, and Medicare Compliance and implement changes when necessary

? Design, develop, and maintain pre-sale materials tracking database for legacy and ASO business

? Establish and maintain project plans that provide development, review, and distribution for each member piece by plan and by product

? Ensure that production costs are under or within project budgets

 

Qualified candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field, plus a minimum of 4 years experience in managed care setting.  Proven editorial and project management skills, as well as, experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required. Marketing experience and knowledge of Medicare and/or Medicaid are preferred.
