National Account Service Representative

Coventry Health Care operates health plans, insurance companies, network rental services companies, and worker's compensation services companies. Coventry provides a full range of risk and fee-based managed care products and services, including HMO, PPO, POS, Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, Worker's Compensation and Network Rental to a broad cross section of employer and government-funded groups, government agencies, and other insurance carriers and administrators.

This position is responsible for servicing existing client base through education, issue resolution, and the implementation of new products. Builds and maintains relationships within the company and with clients to facilitate problem resolution.

 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Responds to internal and external inquiries, resolves issues and ensures client needs are met. Builds internal and external customer relationships to facilitate problem solving. Manages the client implementation process to ensure services effectively delivered. Manages the client renewal process from client communication to system updates May make on-site presentations to educate clients on product and service offering.
Performs other duties as required.

 

Qualifications:
High school degree or equivalent. Bachelor?s degree preferred.
Previous experience in sales and account management, preferably in healthcare industry. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office software. Strong results-orientation and ability to prioritize and manage workload.
