Network Contract Support Specialist (Managed care experience!)

We are seeking a managed care industry professional with strong attention to detail and good communication skills to join our Compliance department and assist the Director and Manager of Clinical Network Services. This is a unique position that interacts with numerous departments and will have exposure to a variety of tasks. The selected applicant will help maintain contract requirements on an ongoing basis, and will be heavily involved in the audit process. He/she will also be responsible for responding to provider questions at times.


 


Key responsibilities include:



Interfacing with internal departments and management regarding contractual obligations


Ensuring that all policies and procedures are updated annually


Participating in audit preparation and execution


Assisting with clinical network services



The qualified applicant must have experience with customer service in a managed care setting. We also require experience with data entry and computer proficiency. Applicants with contract experience and/or exposure to formal auditing are preferred.
