JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Effectively negotiate complex, competitive contractual relationships with providers in support of national network strategies including but not limited to: Radiology MSO relationships, eye care networks, audiology, and various specialty providers.
- Manage provider compensation/reimbursement and pricing development activities.
- Responsible for understanding and managing medical cost issues and initiating appropriate action.
- Provide sales and marketing support, community relations and guidance with comprehension of applicable federal and state regulations.
- Assist and facilitate business intent reviews (BIR).
- Initiate legal reviews as needed; ensure all required reviews completed by appropriate functional areas.

SKILL OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
-Bachelors degree required; MBA/Master degree preferred

-Working knowledge of SCM required
-Must have experience negotiating
-Strong written and verbal communication skills; influence or persuade others in positive or negative circumstances
