We seek a motivated professional who has excellent interpersonal skills and is able to drive projects to completion on time. You would have a direct impact on the company’s success in New York and you would play a key role in forging strong internal relationships that will drive success.

 

Primary responsibilities include:

 
Identifying and resolving issues related to claims, credentialing and contracting that impact VIP providers
Collaborating with Account Managers of various departments to drive resolution of issues
Participating in meetings
Communicating updates and other pertinent information to management



Significant experience with network operations in a health plan is required, as is an extensive healthcare background. Solid experience working in a highly matrixed environment is essential. Experience working with a variety of databases and systems is preferred. A background with provider contracting is desired. Solid MS Office proficiency is a must. Experience managing/supervising others is a plus.
