Nordstrom Spa: Spa Opportunities at Westfield Topanga

We are excited to announce the relocation of our Nordstrom Topanga store to Westfield Topanga on October 6, 2006!  At our new location, we will offer a Spa Nordstrom, providing our customers a variety of self-pampering services.

Spa Nordstrom expresses the philosophy that beauty is best enhanced by creating a state of physical and emotional well-being through providing a range of services and products to our customers.  Our services include skin care and Ayurvedic treatments, hydrotherapy, massage, and hand and foot care. 

All qualified candidates are welcome and encouraged to apply by submitting an on-line application.  Successful candidates must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes daytime, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts. We are currently offering opportunities in the following positions:

Esthetician:
The Spa Nordstrom Esthetician works to meet the needs of the Nordstrom Spa client through comprehensive assessment, consultation, and treatment. Typical services performed include, but are not limited to skin rejuvenation, restorative peels, and facial treatments. California state license is required.

Massage Therapist:
The Spa Nordstrom Massage Therapist works to promote the health and wellness of clients through massage therapy.  Typical treatments performed include, but are not limited to Reflexology, Shiatsu, Pre-Natal, and Deep-tissue massages.  California state license is required.

Nail Technician:
The Spa Nordstrom Nail Technician works to provide clients a soothing spa experience by rejuvenating and promoting the appearance of beautiful hands and feet. Typical services performed include, but are not limited to Aromatherapy foot treatments, Regenerating hand treatments, and spa manicure and pedicures.  California state license is required.

Spa Client Coordinator:
The Spa Nordstrom Client Coordinator works in a busy, fast-paced environment.  Duties performed include, but are not limited to scheduling client appointments, welcome and greeting customers, and support the general operations of the Spa.

Qualifications:
? Ability to interface and communicate clearly with customers and co-workers
? Must be able to work scheduled shifts based on department needs and consistently arrive for work on time
? Must be able to match customer needs with Nordstrom products and services
