Nursing Home Administrator
Shrewsbury Lutheran Retirement Village is seeking an experienced Nursing Home Administrator. This position will be responsible for administering the skilled nursing facility in accordance with applicable governing regulations, policies, and standards to assure the highest degree of services are provided.
The qualified candidate must possess a Bachelor?s degree, preferably in Health Care Administration, Public Health Administration, Business Administration, or other health-related field, OR a current unencumbered RN license in the Commonwealth of PA. A minimum of five years full-time experience in a health care supervisory/management capacity with a minimum three years experience in long-term healthcare is required along with a current, unencumbered Pennsylvania NHA license.
