Mountainview, a 114 bed skilled nursing facility, located in Winchester, TN has an exciting opportunity for a Nursing Home Administrator.
This position will lead and direct the overall operations of the facility in accordance with customer needs, government regulations and Company policies, with focus on maintaining excellent care for the residents/patients while achieving the facility's business objectives. Successful candidates must meet the following qualifications:
*Nursing Home Administrator's license in TN or the ability to obtain reciprocity
*3-5 years experience as a Nursing Home Administrator
*Must possess knowledge of Federal and State regulations
*Must be able to relate professionally and positively to corporate staff and visitors and possess good communication, interpersonal, leadership and management skills
