Nursing/Medical Staffing and Scheduling

NurseCore, (formerly CareStaf), a national provider of medical staffing and home care services, is currently seeking a Client Service Specialist for our Mesa Office. Responsibilities:Booking and staffing shifts with field nursesProcessing applications including obtaining references, interviewing, and administering skill assessmentsAggressive recruiting of field employeesOutgoing telephone sales/service calls to facilities and home care clientsObtaining and documenting availability from field employeesOutgoing attitude and desire to succeed a must!

Qualifications include a minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service oriented capacity, good interpersonal skills, minimum HS/GED diploma; good organizational and computer skills. Staffing and/or medical scheduling experience a ++! The successful candidate will have a solid work history with evidence of success and growth. Candidate must be able and willing to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment!
