NUTRITION SPECIALIST

Key responsibilities:

? Provide technical support and training via phone, e-mail and presentations to internal (brand managers, international counterparts, etc.) and external customers (healthcare professionals, parents, pharmacies and wholesalers)
? Maintain current knowledge and reference support in the field of clinical nutrition as well as Nutricia and competitive products
? Provide assistance to private customers in obtaining insurance coverage
? Develop and assist brand managers in the development, distribution, and results-tracking of product literature, marketing materials, web sites, conferences, etc.
? Handle customers? product inquiries and complaints and follow through until completion of complaint process
? Other duties as assigned

Education:

? Bachelor?s degree in Nutrition from a four-year college or university
? Minimum one-year relevant job experience in a hospital, consumer affairs department, or an educational organization

Computer skills:

? Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Qualifications:

? Professional technical knowledge to provide accurate information in the field of human nutrition, physiology, biochemistry and food science
? Superior communication skills both verbal and written
? Superior organizational skills
? Ability to relay scientific and technical information to the general public
? Flexibility to balance multiple tasks
? Ability to work both independently and as a team player
