OPERATIONS TRAINER

Designs, develops and delivers programs for the training of operations personnel, including development and modification of learning materials and documentation for the ITS Host Customer Service department.

Identifies training needs based on work performance requirements and measures learning outcomes.

Responsible for instruction of full courses and revision/modification of training materials.

Assesses individual training needs and performance capability.

Develops technical documentation.

May conduct audits and provide audit support.

A.A. degree and two years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Moderate experience in consumer operations environment.

Good presentation skills, including ability to effectively communicate content

General knowledge of health care insurance business and interdependencies

Good writing skills and ability to document procedures and write content for training

Ability to communicate with empathy, explain errors and coach a learner towards improvement
