Job Opening: Occupational Health Nurse
The basic job of an occupational health nurse is to give treatment of minor medical injuries to our associates and to treat for minor illnesses. By treating as many associates in house as we can, we not only save a on medical costs, but the occupational nurse returns many associates back to work without any lost time.

Job Responsibilities: Treat on-the-job injuries and assist physician on scheduled days Assist with pre-employment physical abilities tests and drug screening Orientation for new employees on company policies including Harassment, Violence in the Workplace, and Drugs and Alcohol Conduct random drug and alcohol testing for truck drivers, post-accident, and for-cause testing for all employees Order medical supplies and track related expenses Conduct CPR and First Aid classes and administer vaccines Monitor the Occupational Health Center and Modified Work Room for injured employees Review all fitness center applications

 

Job Requirements: Bachelors Degree or equivalent required 1-2 Years of Nursing experience Communication skills Coaching and Developing People Problem Solving skills Must be able to Multi Task
