In this role, the chosen candidate will be relied on to provide high quality, comprehensive and patient-centered occupational therapy services. Key functions will include developing a care plan that includes measurable/functional short- and long-term goals, frequency and duration of OT services and therapeutic interventions. This position will be responsible for performing and documenting reassessment results, communicating results with physicians and upgrading treatment as needed.

 

The successful candidate will have current California licensure as an Occupational Therapist. BLS and NBCOT registration required. 1 year of experience is preferred.
