Office Manager

Summary:  Under the direction of the Director of Clinical Research, the Office Manager will plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate and directly be responsible for maintaining accounting records in accordance with the Companies? financial practices.

 

This individual must also possess the ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.  In addition, they must be able to effectively present information to Management, outside consultants, public groups and/or boards of directors.

 

 Additional requirements and skills for this position are: Fundamental accounting skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent oral and written communications skills.  Highly motivated, hands-on team player Must have excellent attendance record Customer service oriented, detail oriented, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Maintains strictest confidentiality. Performs other duties of a related nature as required. General office duties such as filing, faxing, copying, etc.
