The Johns Hopkins Hospital is seeking a Ophthalmic Technician.

This position will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and assisting in surgical procedures on the Excimer Laser. Clinical responsibilities will include patient work up, lensometry, keratometry, topography, refractometry, wavescan, tonometry, visual fields, research, maintenance of equipment and supplies, patient triage, and education. Previous

experience in both the clinical area and excimer laser surgery is preferred.

Requirements:

A high school diploma and graduate of a two-year tech training program or equivalent experience; or a BA or candidate for BA with five years experience.
