Belmont Village is a nationwide builder, owner and operator of upscale senior living facilities.
We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated, energetic Sales Associate for external marketing to support this top-notch facility located in Glenview, IL.

The Outside Sales Associate is responsible for planning and executing events for referral sources in and out of the facility such as one-on-one or group presentations, group lunches, and active sponsorship. You will visit referral sources including physicians, hospital and medical professionals, senior groups, social workers, pastors, hospitals and other care providers to generate referrals that will increase and maintain occupancy of our Senior Living facility. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, confident and well organized with exceptional listening skills and compassion for the elderly; TEAM PLAYER A MUST!!! 5+ years of outside sales experience in senior housing or health care are preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Effectively communicate features, advantages and benefits to customers Quickly understand and articulate Belmont Village services, programs, and pricing structures Ensure sales service fulfillment through follow-up communications and computer tracking systems Coordinate Marketing Events and follow up with referral sources

REQUIREMENTS: Experience in Healthcare, Hospitality or Medical Sales Proven ability to build customer relationships Familiarity with needs of seniors Proven record of successful sales execution Some weekend hours will be required Results orientation
