Job Description:  A licensed professional who is responsible for providing and supervising direct and indirect therapy services to specific age groups identified in the position responsibilities in hospital acute care, inpatient and/or outpatient rehabilitation centers. Utilizing the rehabilitation process (assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating) in achieving the goals of the physical medicine department.  Adheres to Florida Hospital Corporate Compliance Plan and to all rules and regulations of all applicable local, state, and federal agencies and accrediting bodies.  Licensed in florida Minimum Bachelor Degree.  Available on weekends.
