PHYSICIAN

Life Therapeutics is setting the standard in specialty therapeutic and diagnostic products for the life science market. Life Sera, a division of Life Therapeutics, has an excellent career opportunity available for a Donor Center Physician (part-time contractor) at our new donor centers which are scheduled to open within the next several weeks in Sacramento and Long Beach. 

 

Primary Functions:Take responsibility to ensure donor suitability, product integrity, and the continued good health of donors through compliance with the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations and Donor Center Standard Operating Procedures. Determine donor suitability by evaluating normal healthy donors for plasmapheresis procedures and  immunizations that meet the criteria of normal plasma donors. Manage studies on new equipment and technologies Management of assigned clinical studies.




Qualifications and Experience:Graduate of a recognized healthcare related educational program.  Experience working in an FDA regulated environment Must have excellent patient/donor assessment skills. Must be currently licensed in the state of California.
