PROVIDER RELATIONS MANAGER

**This position can be based at any of the enterprise locations (San Francisco or Cerritos, CA; Alpharetta, GA; or Mechanicsburg, PA).**

We have an excellent leadership opportunity for a motivated, detail-oriented, self-starter to oversee the efforts of the Dental Office Services department and the professional interests of the enterprise by managing and overseeing the educational outreach and provider network retention activities of the company for all product lines and networks. 

Duties to include:  

overseeing, supervising and coaching the staff; ensuring that staff is given clear direction with quantifiable performance goals and deliverables; working with staff on improving performance in areas identified as developmental needs; performing such activities with personnel whose day-to-day work may take place in other geographic areas and time zones within the enterprise drafting, recommending for approval and then executing and administering content for education seminars and other specialized outreach to the dental profession for all states within the enterprise; this includes, but is not limited to, developing product content and hosting seminars in areas where Delta has not historically offered such events; tracking key metrics that will enable the company to assess the effectiveness of such programs acting as a liaison between the Dental Officers, Directors, other Managers and staff within the Dental Affairs and Professional Relations areas to ensure that communication channels remain open and events are coordinated so that these key players are able to represent the company well at Continuing Education events, outreach to dental schools, conventions, exhibits, ADA and DDPA events as appropriate compiling, drafting or creating ad hoc and monthly reports; which includes compiling statistical information and collecting feedback from staff and external sources; proposing annual budgets for the area, monitoring monthly budget variances and taking corrective actions as appropriate.

 



Ideal candidate will have:

 

3+ years demonstrated successful supervisory/managerial experience ability to manage multiple departments in multiple locations strong verbal communication skills; public speaking and presentation skills strong written communication skills good listening and comprehension skills ability to take initiative ability to work with minimal supervision ability to coordinate efforts, duties and work assignments with other colleagues excellent organizational and planning skills strong PC skills(MS Office) ability to travel frequently ability to be flexible to adapt changes in the work environment.
