Patient Registration Clerk - Mission Hospitals

Full time Patient Registration Clerk - Business Services 9AM - 5:30PM. Must have stable work history, previous doctor's office or hospital experience, med term.  Registers patients by greeting and directing customers and keying demographic, billing, bedding, physician, procedure, diagnosis and compliance information into the Hospital Information System.  Pay range $8.72 to $11.12.
1. Responsible for data entry into the Hospital Information System.
2. Provides Customer Service.
3. Processes payment collections
4. Manages paperwork flow for the registration process.
5. Completes other duties to support departmental operations as assigned or requested.
Required Experience: 1 year comparable clerical/customer service experience.  Computer, keyboarding and typing skills required.
