Patient Services Coordinator

IntegraMed America is seeking highly-motivated, professional, organized, detail-oriented, and energetic Full-Time

Patient Services Coordinator. Successful candidate will be working at our State-of-the-Art Reproductive Science Center

(RSC) in Lexington, Massachusetts.

Applicants must have excellent interpersonal skills and telephone skills to effectively interact with patients, staff, and

physicians; capable of multi-tasking and working in a fast-paced environment; strong computer skills required. 

Prior experience in a healthcare/medical environment preferred but not necessary; training will be provided.


Assignments include but not limited to:
1. Provide Front Desk coverage and support for the practice:
- Greet and receive guests/patients
- Answer and transfer telephone calls
- Coordinate between internal staff and guests/patients
2. Maintain and organize patient charts to be filed in the Medical Records room
3. Create and send patient materials

4. Contact patients to confirm appointments

5. Perform other Patient Services, Administrative, as well as other non-clinical projects

Ultimately, the Patient Services Coordinator is responsible for providing the highest quality service for both patients as well as internal customers on all Front Desk as well as other patient services related tasks.
