This is a full time, 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday through Friday, position.  BS required. MS in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or Nursing preferred.

 

The selected candidate will be responsible for business operations on the 3rd floor of a newly built Ambulatory Buildling on our state-of-the-art Fitzsimmons campus. The 3rd floor will consist of the following practices: Pulmonary/CF, Allergy, Endocrinology, Nutrition Services, CRC/Clinical Trials, Neurology, Rheumatology, Genetics, ID/CHIP, Neuropsych, Cardiology and Fitness Center.

 

Minimum 3 years ambulatory multi-specialty practice management experience required.  Candidates must have strong leadership skills, including interpersonal communication, interdisciplinary collaboration, problem resolution and decision-making.  Ability to integrate management and financial concepts within a large multi-specialty, pediatric, academic healthcare setting.  Knowledge and understanding of current trends in ambulatory clinical practice management and healthcare delivery systems. Internal applicants are required to be at the management level.  Experience leading and managing multi-group practice, private/outpatient and academic practice preferred. Responsible and directly accountable for all aspects of ambulatory practice operations, including staff management/development, quality/safety/regulatory standards, budget/financial performance and information/data management.  Position includes strong partnering and collaboration with medical, administrative and clinical/nursing leadership.  Position is a member of the TCH Leadership Team.
