Performance Improvement Program Coordinator
Lakeside HealthCare in Glendale currently has an exciting new opportunity for a qualified Performance Improvement Program Coordinator to assist with the data mining and reporting of health care information.
Essential duties include, but are not limited to, the medical group?s complete involvement with Pay for Performance (quality incentive program involving clinical measures, patient satisfaction, and information technology), physician feedback on individual performance, utilization reporting of medical operations patient programs and outreach, maintaining pharmacy records and laboratory results and conducting satisfaction surveys. Will have to visit various office sites.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
AA degree. Strong organizational and communication skills, verbal and written a must. Extensive knowledge of Internet, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) with emphasis on Excel and Access. Knowledge of healthcare industry A+. Must have clean CA driving record.
