Full-time Practice Administrator/Office Manager opportunity in our rapidly growing, busy, quality-oriented, technology-rich pediatric practice located in Hyde Park. This individual will be responsible for the operations of the practice; for planning, directing, coordinating and supervising the administrative work of the clinical and clerical staff. This individual must understand how all staff positions function; supervise the daily operations of the office; manage personnel and expenses; oversee practice appointment scheduling system; monitor billing and A/R functions and compile management reports.

Undergraduate degree. Graduate degree or equivalent related experience preferred. Minimum of 5 years of medical office management experience (preferably in a group practice); computer skills (familiarity with Quickbooks a plus); familiarity with compliance, healthcare regulatory agencies and provider credentialing; comprehension of medical office business functions and a positive, flexible attitude.
