Process Manager, BA Requirements Management

Essential Functions (Responsibilities):
GE Healthcare is rapidly expanding our Business Advantage service offering in the business process outsourcing healthcare market. The Process Manager, BA Requirements Management will have direct impact on our ability to effectively serve this market and achieve our aggressive growth targets.

This position requires a senior level individual with a strong knowledge of Business Solutions and its goals, strategies, products and distribution channels. Must be extremely motivated, self-starter, and a change agent.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

* Work with the Business Advantage COEs and the BA leadership team to continue the development of the BA Model (i.e., the products required and the optimal configuration to support best practice workflows).
* Define and recommend improvements to the model.
* Drive technology and process improvements.
* Develop strategy for introducing new products into the model and the COEs, including the deployment, the impact on staffing, on service, on our marketing and sales approaches, and on contractual commitments.
* Build and maintain a partnership with Product Development including consideration and project oversight for beta implementations of new versions and/or products.
* Collect, understand and interpret the VOC and VOB drivers in the healthcare outsourcing market.
* Develop, implement and manage a configuration management process.
* Develop and manage a continuing engineering process for BA.

Qualifications/Requirements:
Essential Knowledge & Skills Required:

* Knowledge of the product development process.
* Project management skills.
* Ability to coordinate, participate and determine strategy of complex business situations.

Qualifications:

* 7+ years experience in healthcare industry.
* Ability to transfer knowledge and skills to others.
* Cross-process 'out of the box' thinker.
* Experience working in a development environment.
* Leadership ability and experience driving a cross-organizational team to achieve superior results.
* Ability to adapt and excel in an evolving environment.
* Customer focused.
* Project management experience.
* Solid presentation and excellent communication skills.
* Travel required (20 - 40%).

Desired:
* Knowledge of Business Solutions software and solutions.
* Knowledge of the Business Solutions sales process.
* Experience and/or knowledge of medical billing is a plus.
* Six sigma knowledge and experience is a plus.
