DST Health Solutions is currently seeking a Product Brand Manager.
Description:
Drives business direction of product strategy by anticipating/determining client needs and industry trends for the Blue Cross Blue Shield market
Provides accurate and timely status reporting to executive management
Coach and mentor employees on best practices through applied Catalyst methodology and DST's best practices, policies, and procedures.
Collaborates with stakeholders and team members
Produces quality deliverables specifically for the Blue Cross Blue Shield market
Develops and manages customer messages and collateral, manages customer pursuits specifically for the Blue Cross Blue Shield market
Creates strong product/service identity, brand awareness; develops and executes an operational marketing program specifically for the Blue Cross Blue Shield market
Tracks marketing programs and continually evaluates and adjusts strategy/plans to meet changing marketing and competitive conditions, specifically for the Blue Cross Blue Shield market
Establishes metrics to provide quantitative/qualitative feedback on product/service offering (s), specifically for the Blue Cross Blue Shield market

Qualifications
Job Requirements
Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience. Requires a minimum of 14 years of related experience or experience in the Healthcare Industry.
Project Management and team building skills, presentation skills, In-depth Healthcare Industry knowledge, excellent communication skills.
Corporate Structure, mission, objectives. Strong Healthcare Industry and Product knowledge of all applicable DST suites of solutions. Requires an extensive knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures in the areas of business development. Requires technical and business knowledge of the Blue Cross Blue Shield subsystems. Some broad industry knowledge of International quality assurance models, especially the Software Engineering Institute's (SEI) Capability Maturity Model (CMMI) and Project Management Institute Body of Knowledge (PMIBOK).
This position will be based in Birmingham, Alabama, not remote. Travel is required and could be subject to extreme workloads and critical deadlines.
