As a leading provider of diagnostic imaging management services, American Imaging Management depends on leading-edge technology and our suite of products and services to stay a step ahead of the needs of our clients. To this end, we seek an astute Product/Business Analyst to strengthen the Product Management department at our office in Deerfield, a northern suburb of Chicago.

Serving as liaison to internal user departments, the selected professional will spearhead efforts to enhance the efficiency & effectiveness of business & operational functions through the application of technology. Able to see the big picture while overseeing the details, this dynamic 'difference maker' will:

? Document user requirements for new & existing systems and applications services
? Write/modify functional & technical specifications for system application design
? Gather data necessary to analyze existing, prospective and new business products
? Work with users to understand and document workflow analysis, and recommend improvements where appropriate
? Assist in feasibility studies/competitive analysis
? Perform functional testing of implemented systems applications to ensure business requirements are being met

Experience and Skills:
Along with a Bachelor?s degree in Information Systems, Business or a related field, qualified candidates must have 2-3 years of business design & systems analysis or related product management experience. Background should include project management (including flow charting business and/or system processes), data & business process modeling and understanding of structured design and/or programming methodologies.

Demonstrated understanding of health care products and experience with a health care software vendor would be ideal. Excellent verbal/written communication skills, strong organizational abilities and Microsoft Office proficiency are essential. Candidates must live within 50 miles of our Deerfield office, as we cannot provide relocation assistance.
