We are seeking a Project Manager for our Healthyroads Operations Department:

Healthyroads is an obesity management, tobacco cessation, and disease prevention program offering health education programs that empower members/insured to take better care of themselves and achieve healthier lifestyles. The Healthyroads for Living education program includes telephone and e-communication services through trained Healthyroads educators, proprietary educational workbooks and modules for specific health care needs, and an integrated Web site, Healthyroads.com?.

 

This position is responsible coordinating projects including new client implementations, and developing and implementing departmental policies and procedures, measurement criteria, and quality assurance processes for Healthyroads.

 

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor?s degree or equivalent.  Computer skills including word processing, Excel spreadsheets, Access and email.  Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to provide superior customer service and maintain cooperative working relationships; strong organizational and time management skills; and the ability to exercise strict confidentiality in all matters. Experience in project coordination is a plus.
