We are in search of a creative problem-solver to oversee accreditation and regulatory audits for our care advocacy sites. As the Project Manager, you would oversee the accreditation review process and develop a plan to meet all standards and improvements. This is challenging position  that requires a confident, outgoing professional who can work both autonomously and as part of a strong team. Primary responsibilities include:
Managing the preparations for accreditation review
Developing a project plan
Implementing cross-functional teams to meet standard requirements
Assisting in management of regulatory market conduct exams
Interacting with all levels of staff at each care advocacy site
Presenting project status/developments to staff 



Accreditation experience is required. A substantial writing/editing background is essential for is role, along with significant project management experience. Experience in a managed care setting is needed. Prior management of NCQA surveys or ISS surveys is highly preferred. Clinical knowledge (especially mental health) will be very helpful. Excellent computer skills are a must. A Bachelor’s degree is required, and a Master’s is preferred.
