Job Description




The primary function of this position is to provide administrative oversight, project management assistance, and data analysis for the management team within the MOS Operations area.




Apply business knowledge to design, produce and analyze reports in Excel, using Excel and Access databases.
Prepare and analyze service reports including key metrics, volume reports, utilization, productivity metrics, capacity planning and a variety of projects and assignments.
Partner with customers and internal staff to understand Moderated Chat functionality and needs by analyzing previous chat attendance and participant utilization of topics on MOS Online annual schedule of chat topics, identifies and trains appropriate resources and moderates chats throughout the year.
Develop skills within the LifeWorks MOS industry to examine trending utilization to increase usage and customer satisfaction.
Ability to facilitate meetings to gather information and analyze data. This would include the CMS Enhancement Process, User Acceptance Testing, any gathering of Use Case information and preparation of CUSP documents related to the software development process.
Coordinate activities and provide support for the business.
Maintain training database and reporting system.
Implement, maintain and update content training process.
Coordinate the Continuing Education Committee's internal seminar implementation process.
Provide site visit support by partnering with the Sales Effectiveness team on securing appropriate participants based on agenda items, coordinating and scheduling strategy session.
Maintain and coordinate the training calendar.
Coordinate and act as a lead for CMS user acceptance testing
Participate in MOS on line business validation by providing support to the business validation team by evaluating and categorizing issues.
Maintains and improves the process of receipt and payment of vendor invoices.
Manage the LifeWorks MOS Online CPP Online Feedback mailbox by responding to participants' questions and requests about the service.

Minimum Required Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree, 5+ years of experience in similar, fast paced, solution focused environment.
Strong organizational, technical and analytical skills.
Excellent judgment and discretion;
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel and Access
Excellent time management with good organizational skills with special emphasis on coordination of multiple tasks.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work in and lead a team environment.
Excellent oral and written communications skills.
Ability to interface effectively with a wide variety of internal and external client
Ability to work independently, self-motivated, flexible and open and excited about learning new concepts.
Attention to detail and quality awareness.
Strong ability to initiate solutions
Some experience in project management

Preferred Skills
Strong ability to function as a back up to the managers in Program Management area
Professional presentation skills.
Familiarity with Clear Quest, SharePoint, PlanView and Webex.
Knowledge of software development process and use of CUSP.
