QM Clinical Spec

Overview : This position will be working in the Quality Management Department. Monday thru Friday 8:00 to 4:30p

Responsibilities :

The purpose of this position is to plan, coordinate, implement and evaluate specific hospitalwide quality and patient safety programs and coordinate compliance and regulatory preparedness for all state, federal and regulatory agency accreditation requirements. The position works closely with system initiatives and compliance. Work processed by the incumbent is confidential and protected from discovery by subpoena pursuant to ARS 36:445 and 36:441.

Qualifications :

The position requires a bachelors degree in nursing or other healthcare related field. Licensed RN required. CPHQ certification is perferred. A minimum of five years clinical experience is required. Requires the ability to manage programs and projects. Requires demonstrated ability of excellent interpersonal, written and communication skills A working knowledge of regulatory programs, data management, and analysis including graphic development and presentations.
