We are currently searching for an experienced Receptionist & RDA/Lead Assistant to join our newest office in Foothill Ranch, CA.

 

The Receptionist is responsible for setting patients positive expectations for the office visit by: Greeting guests in a professional, friendly and hospitable manner.Timely and appropriate handling of incoming telephone calls, directing calls to appropriate associates.Provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks as assigned.Comforts patients by anticipating patients' anxieties; answering patients' questions; maintaining the reception area.Protects patients' rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Must have excellent communication skills and present a professional image (both visually and over the phone).The Registered Dental Assistant is responsible for: Performing a variety of patient care, office, and laboratory duties.Prepare patient for oral examination and assist other dental professionals in providing treatment to the teeth, mouth, and gums.Maintain a clean, sterile, and cheerful environment where our patients feel comfortable.Prepare tray set up for dental procedures.Maintain an appropriate, professional appearance and demeanor in accordance with the Company's policy.

REQUIRED: Equivalent to high school diploma or general education degree (GED); specified training courses as mandated by state for certification, licensure or registration requirements. DESIRABLE: Associate degree or one-year certificate from an accredited college or technical school; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
