We?re growing! We need an enthusiastic and energetic person with excellent communication and organization skills to recruit medical professionals!
Responsibilities:
Source therapist from advertisements, networking with university programs, Internet recruiting sources, cold calls and employee referrals. Evaluate applicant competencies, work history, education, and training.Screen, interview and select candidates for employment.Analyze and conduct periodic salary surveys to set competitive offer packages.Attend state conferences to recruit qualified applicants.Ensure effective communication between management and new employees as well as current employees.Track all recruitment activity, provide reports and maintain records.Work with a team to complete clinician placements.
Requirements:
Bachelor?s degree preferred. Highly motivated and enthusiastic.Computer proficiency with Word, Excel and Power Point.Exceptional interpersonal skills.Seasonal travel.Knowledge of multiple recruiting methods and tools.
