Job description:

The Regional Director of Operations assures effective maintenance and growth of National Healing Corporations Regions. Through matching quality, human resources, technology, finances and education/training, the Regional Director fosters a learning organization. As a direct result of this leadership, Wound Healing Programs deliver state of the art healing technologies that are valued by our customers and delivered at a cost that promotes responsible growth for the corporation. This position involves 75-80% travel and does not require relocation.


 

Requirements:

Qualified candidates must possess:Bachelor's Degree in Business or Health Sciences required. Masters Degree preferred.  Min. 5yrs. healthcare experience in Program Operations setting, including some background in personnel, finance, sales, marketing and/or reimbursement required. Multiple location management experience required.  High degree of organizational and analytical skills.  Excellent written and oral communication skills Effective problem solving and negotiation skills
