Regional Marketing Director

One of the top owner/operators of assisted living / retirement communities in the country is looking for two Regional Marketing/Sales? Directors. Skills should include:
MUST have regional sales/marketing experience with independent living & /or assisted living
?strong leader, team builder, motivator
?college degree
?lease up experience a plus because company currently developing new properties
?must be able to travel
proven track record of planning, implelementation and tracking of marketing plans to ensure proper execution and desired results
?provide guidance to facility marketing directors
?ability to train/coach
Primary responsibility of this position is to increase /maintain the Region's occupancy rate.
One position will base out of Washington and the other will base in California.
